Casa alle Dune is a small villa designed for those who wish to spend a holiday in close contact with the sea and enjoy the silence and privacy.

The villa is located on a narrow and quiet road, that 400 meters further on comes to Le Dune, a beautiful white sandy beach, that gives name to the villa, featured by shallow waters that offer the opportunity to swim relaxed in an environment of uncomparable beauty.

Casa alle Dune is based on a floor and includes a living / dining room, three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), three bathrooms with step in shower. One double bedroom is en suite. The house is ready also for medium term rentals, considering all its amenities: a walk-in linen cupboard at home, a laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry / utility room which is accessed from the outside. Casa alle Dune has a room used exclusively for laundry with washing machine, ironing board, iron.

Casa alle Dune is an home from home villa that can be lived in all year round. The living room is comfortable and cozy. It is equipped with flat screen satellite TV, iPod docking stations and internet access (wi-fi). The whole house is decorated in a modern, elegant and functional style.
A small, but manicured garden with plants and lemon trees runs on 2 sides of the house, where takes place also a deep veranda on which overlooks the living room, laundry, kitchen and one of the bathrooms.
The entire villa is completely fenced drywall or plaster covered by reeds which guarantee total privacy. The garden is furnished with comfortable sun beds for sunbathing or to enjoy a pleasant afternoon immersed in reading a good book.
The villa is also equipped with a large fridge extra handy when you are outdoors. The patio is also equipped with an outdoor seating area.
If you didn’t be seduced by one of the restaurants in the area, in Pozzallo a seaside village a few minutes drive, you will find fresh seafood to prepare for dinner, even with the outdoor fully-equipped kitchen, where you will have a barbecue and wood burning oven.
Casa alle dune is very well maintained and finished in every detail (the owner is a constructor!). The villas has parking shaded by a large shed in the property.
